Buick has shared some photos of the upcoming 2023 Enclave, and we must admit, it looks much better. First of all, the upcoming three-row SUV has a fresher-looking face thanks to the new reshaped headlights. On top of that, the grille is revised, and it looks much more eye-catching.
Besides, the side profile remains the same as before, featuring 18-inch wheels as standard, while 20-inch rollers are available optionally. There are some noticeable changes on the back, and the latest Enclave comes with new taillights and the same body-colored bumper. We also should expect some new colors, as well.
2023 Buick Enclave Interior
Like the Lincoln Aviator and Acura MDX, the 2023 Buick Enclave offers a very modern cabin. This SUV is spacious, and it has seating for seven passengers. However, if you are looking for an SUV that offers seating for eight passengers, go for the Chevrolet Traverse or Toyota Highlander.
Inside, the changes are surprisingly minimalistic. This model comes with an 8-inch touchscreen, which is now minimum in the SUV segment. There are models in the same class with much bigger screens, like the Kia Telluride and Highlander. The Telluride offers a 10.25-inch screen, while the new Toyota Highlander comes standard with a 12.3-inch display. Unlike the entry-level models, more equipment can be found choosing the Avenir model. This variant touts a wood-accented steering wheel, ebony interior color, and unique stitching.
2023 Buick Enclave Powertrain Specs
We don’t think there will be some changes under the hood of the upcoming 2023 Buick Enclave. This SUV will use a standard 3.6-liter V-6 engine capable of producing 310 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque.
However, there is also a possibility that GM will add a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four to the lineup.
If you didn’t know, the GMC Acadia and Cadillac XT6 are offered with the same engine. This mighty engine pumps out more than 230 horsepower and a healthy 258 lb-ft of torque. Enclave recently stated that all machines should come with improved EPA fuel economy numbers.
Release Date, Price
The debut of the upcoming 2023 Buick Enclave will happen officially sometime next year, probably in the summertime. As mentioned, we expect the new SUV to keep most of the styling, with many upgrades inside.
That includes much better materials and plenty of techs. The Buick Enclave is offered with Preferred, Essence, Premium, and Avenir trims, and we assume there will be some new equipment included. The starting price will likely rise, compared with the current SUV, which starts at $41,200.
