The forthcoming 2022 Infiniti Q50 looks remarkably modern. Basically, it’s one of the unique sedans that you can found in the class. It’s recognized by its bold grille, LED headlights and fog lights. Moreover, Infiniti Q50 also comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, while 19-inch alloy wheels comes standard with the Red Sport model.

Some of them are keyless entry/ignition, simulated leather upholstery, 8-way power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, infotainment system with 8-inch (upper) and 7-inch (lower) touchscreens, two USB ports, HD/satellite radio, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, wi-fi, and forward-collision mitigation.

Engine Details

Under the hood, the 2022 Infiniti Q50 deploys two twin-turbocharged V6, delivering excellent performance. A twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 powers the Pure, Luxe, Sensory, and Signature models, generating 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. However, more energy is available choosing the Red Sport 400 model. Infiniti claims that with the same 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6, the Red Sport 400 can deliver 400 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque.

As you can see, both engines are potent, and they are using a 7-speed automatic transmission that includes a Sport mode. Like before, the rear-wheel-drive (RWD) is the default setup, while the all-wheel-drive (AWD) is optional on all trims.

2022 Infiniti Q50 Release Date and Price

As we stated, the new 2022 Infiniti Q50 will receive some refreshments, and it should arrive this year. As for the pricing, the rear-drive Infiniti Q50 in Pure trim starts at $37,625, including the destination charge.

The more powerful model, the Red Sport 400, costs $56,775, and it can easily exceed $60,000, with all-wheel drive. Interestingly, the starting price of the Infiniti Q50 is still lower than rivals like BMW 3 Series, Audi A4, and Acura TLX.
