Like the recently introduced GMC Sierra 1500 Denali pickup truck that comes with a redesigned dashboard and digital instrument cluster, we should also expect the same to happen with the new 2022 GMC Yukon Denali. According to the latest media news, the forthcoming Yukon is on the way, and it should introduce more standard features than before.

If you didn’t know, Denali trim is the pinnacle of GMC’s offer. Basically, a model that is dressed with Denali trim is the most equipped and the most expensive. On top of that, if you need something more significant than the standard model size, Yukon XL Denali is also on the offer. This version of SUV looks massive, and it stretches 225.2 inches.

2022 GMC Yukon Denali Redesign

The upgraded 2022 GMC Yukon is bigger and bolder than ever. This full-size SUV offers an attractive design with powerful proportions making it one of the biggest SUV, especially the XL model. However, Denali trim provides more features than the regular one.

This exclusively made trim features more satin-chrome details, including the satin-chrome multidimensional Denali grille, which looks pretty attractive. Also, it features the refreshed GMCs signature C-shape design that features daytime running lamps and LED fog lamps. The same story continuous on the back with a unique Denali-exclusive dual exhaust system and twin polished stainless-steel tips.

More Premium Surfaces Inside

The new 2022 GMC Yukon will receive more premium materials and technology. Basically, depending on trim levels, Yukon styling will vary. By the way, choosing the Yukon SLT and SLE models, buyers will get plenty of aluminum details, accent stitching throughout, and second-row leather seating surfaces in SLT.

Generally, no matter which trims level you choose, the next Yukon delivers a refined interior with advanced technologies. The most equipment trim is Denali. This trim features an all-new exclusive interior design. The trim is including a redesigned dashboard, digital instrument cluster, premium leather seating surfaces, Denali-Exclusive fractal stitching, 10.2″ diagonal Premium GMC infotainment system, Navigation, Denali-exclusive 14-Speaker Bose® Audio System, panoramic sunroof, and dual 12.6″ diagonal rear-seat media touch-screens. If you’re seeking more comfort, Yukon Denali XL is the right choice. This model is much bigger, resulting in a more spacious cabin and comfort.

2022 GMC Yukon Engine Specs

The new 2022 GMC Yukon deploys best in class engines. Moreover, there are precisely three engine options. The first one is a familiar 5.3-liter V8 good for 355 horsepower. This engine delivers excellent performance and is the standard offer. However, more power can be found under the Denali model that comes with a 6.2-liter V8 producing 420 horsepower. Both engines above are equipped with an advanced cylinder-deactivation system.

Finally, the most favorite engine is a Duramax 3.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine generating 277 horsepower and a stump-pulling 460 lb-ft of torque. Suppose you didn’t know, the same engine powers GMC Sierra pickup. Unlike the other two engines, this one uses a 10-speed automatic transmission. A two-wheel-drive (2WD) is the standard setup, while a 4-wheel drive (4WD) is optional in all trims.
