2021 Ram 2500 Design Overhaul
The outlook design of 2021 Ram 2500 will be rugged. This pickup offers modern lines that define it as a strong competitor. Basically, the front end will be somehow refreshed with the new narrow directional LED headlights that flank a split grille with more chrome. However, like before, depending on trim levels, this model will change its styling cues. Each model still looks unmistakably and we like this muscular American language design.

2021 Ram 2500 Under the Hood
Like before, the upcoming 2021 Ram 2500 will be powered by two engine variants. The base model will use a gasoline-powered 6.4-liter V8 generating 410 horsepower. This unit has a cylinder deactivation feature to help save fuel consumption. Also, the model with this engine will be available by the same 8-speed automatic transmission with rear-wheel drive as the default arrangement. All-wheel drive can choose optionally or standard in the Power Wagon version.
The optional engine is still a 6.7-liter inline-6 turbodiesel that produces 370 horsepower and 850 lb-ft of torque. If you remember, this same engine also powers the Ram 3500 model. However, under the Ram 3500, it delivers 400 horsepower and 1,000 lb-ft of torque. A specially 6-speed automatic transmission will be the only option. Thanks to this engine and primarily to a stable platform, this model provides the highest towing capacity of the 19,370 pounds. We must mention, that Ram 3500 is still a king with 35,500 pounds of tow.
Cost and Arrival Date
The 2021 Ram 2500 price begins with the Tradesman (Regular Cab), which has an MSRP of $33,645. Moreover, choosing the 2500 Crew Cab starts price will jump to $38,895, while 2500 Mega Cab starts at $48,445.
