After the launch of SUV version Bronco, Blue Oval is reported that it is working on the new 2021 Ford Bronco pickup truck. According to the manufacturer, the upcoming model will use plenty of cues from the Bronco SUV.

From what we heard, it will be available with the same engines as the SUV. Alongside that, the new model will be most likely equipped with one new engine. From many speculations, this engine will be a powerful V8.

2021 Ford Bronco Pickup Styling

We just got a few renderings of the upcoming 2021 Ford Bronco pickup. At first glance, we noticed plenty of similarities with the Bronco SUV. Basically, design and lines are identical. Unlike the Bronco SUV that is available in both two- and four-door body styles, the Bronco pickup will only be available in four-door Crew Cab configuration according to the latest report. As we can see, the front of the rendered pickup host the same grille like the SUV model and huge BRONCO lettering in the middle.

Besides, the same round headlights are present on the pickup truck as the bumper with foglights. The side profile reveals a massive 35 inches off-road tiers that look awesome. At the back, this pickup reveals the same styling as SUV. We can see the same taillight system and Ford lettering on the right side on the tailgate.

2021 Ford Bronco pickup truck Interior

Interior Hosts the Same Equipment as SUV

There is no much information regarding the cabin of 2021 Ford Bronco pickup. We believe that pickup will host identical interior as the SUV model. Because of that, the cabin of the Bronco is simple, with bold lines and a great package of equipment.

The comfort of this model is excellent and the manufacturer used easy-to-clean vinyl seats on the base model. Techs-wise, it features an 8- or 12-inch navigation touchscreen, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity. Colour schemes inside include warm earth tones, pale grey, and black.

2021 Ford Bronco Pickup Truck Powertrain Specs

According to the latest rumors, the new 2021 Ford Bronco pickup might come with the same engines that use Bronco SUV. This model uses a turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder and 2.7-liter six-cylinder engines. Moreover, from what we heard, the top trim pickup model might use a powerful Ford’s Coyote 5.0-liter V-8 engine.

Like the Bronco SUV, the upcoming Bronco pickup will most likely use the same seven-speed manual and 10-speed automatic transmission options. If the 5.0-liter V-8 does make it into the Bronco pickup, we’d expect to see the 10-speed automatic as the only transmission for it, as well. Four-wheel drive with an optional two-speed electromechanical transfer case can be expected standard.

Price and Release Date

Right now is still early to declare the price of the upcoming 2021 Ford Bronco pickup. Looking currently at the Bronco SUV price list, we think that base pickup will be most likely around $30,000. However, pricing for the top trim model could easily pass the $60,000 mark.

We believe it won’t take long until we see Ford’s new truck. Moreover, the release date of this model is not yet available, but we think that manufacturer will introduce this model in the first half of the next year.
