All Traverses models use the same a 3.6-liter V6 engine that is able to deliver 310-horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque. Like before, new Traverse should use a 9-speed automatic transmission as standard and front wheels (FWD).
Basically, all trims except the base trim are available with all-wheel drive (AWD). Fuel economy is not yet determined. However, we think that will be in range as the current one. If you didn’t know, the current model provides EPA fuel economy (city/highway/combined) 18/27/21 mpg (FWD) and 17/25/20 mpg (AWD).
Release Date and Price
We cannot wait to see the final version of 2021 Chevrolet Traverse on the road. According to the latest news, the upcoming model will arrive at the end of the year. Besides, the base price is deceptively low and it starts at $30,995, including a destination charge of $1,195. Moreover, jumping to upper trims like Premier, the price is $46,995, while High Country can easily kiss a $52,095 mark.
